Mixed Spice (Pudding Spice) – It’s A Mixture Of Cinnamon, Nutmeg And Allspice, And Sometimes Includes Mace, Cloves, Ginger, Coriander, Caraway, And/Or Cayenne Pepper; You Can Mix Your Own To Taste, Or Follow The Recipe For Garam Masala And Substitute 1 Tsp

Guinness 300 Ml / 10fl
Salt A Pinch Of
Butter, For Greasing A Knob Of
Brandy Or Optional 5 Tbsp
