The Government of Andhra Pradesh general admistration elections department has announced Special Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls of Assembly Constituencies with reference to 01.01.2014 as the qualifying date with the following schedule:

Stages of Revision Period allowed for stage
Draft Publication of Roll 04-11-2013 (Monday)
Period of filing claims and objections (i.e   applications for inclusion, deletion, correction, and change in address) 04-11-2013 (Monday) to 30.11.2013 (Saturday)
Reading of relevant part/section of photo   electoral rolls in Grama Sabha / Local Bodies and Residents’ Welfare   Association meetings etc. & verification of names 12-11-2013 (Tuesday) and 20-11-2013 (Wednesday)
Special Campaign dates with booth level agents   of political parties for receiving claims and objections 10-11-2013 (Sunday) 17-11-2013 (Sunday) 24-11-2013   (Sunday)
Disposal of claims and objections By 16.12.2013 (Monday)
Updating the database, merging of photographs,   updating the control tables and preparation and printing of supplementary   list By 30.12.2013 (Monday)
Final publication of Electoral Rolls 06-01-2014 (Monday)

 According to the above revised schedule, the draft photo electoral Roll shall be published on 04.11.2013 in all designated location viz., Polling station location, offices of the electoral registration officers and assistant electoral registration officers, e-seva / Mee-seva / common service centres, fair price shops. Ward/ municipal / panchayat offices in the respective assembly constituency

    some Revenue Dept.Officials by name 1) Mr.A. Nageswara Rao working as Deputy Tahsildar and another no.2 ) KRISHNAIAH, working as VRO of Chinthaladevi Village are working for and as agents of local Political Party Chot-mota Leaders. Thus to fulfill the needs of their political leaders they are terrifying the rural uneducated villagers of Un Organized small farners and lease farmers that they should VOTE TO THEIR REFERRED PARTY CONTESTANT ONLY BU DISCLOSING OPENLY OR IN ANYWAY ENVISAGING AS A PRROOF THAT THEY HAVE VOTED AS PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS TO THE POLLING AGENT ATLEAST OR OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE THROWN OUT OF THEIR TINY LAND IN WHICH THEY ARE CULTIVATING AND EKING OUT THEIR DAY TO DAY LIVES; MOREOVER THEYthe Revenue Officers ARE LOCAL PERSONS of THE SAME MANDAL.
    We request your good office to immediately transfer them any aother far of locations for the forthgoing General Elections or otherwise thousamds illiterate poor rural village voters shall certainly put irrepairable loss in their life or they have to be avoid VOTING TO SAVE THEIR SKIN.

    My family and my parents, we are 5 people who have applied for voter Id cards last month by completing the forms and fixing our Photographs too.
    We have even paid the person some money for speeding it up.
    I am still waiting.
    I have always done my citizen’s duty and voted in the past, will we be able to vote this year ?
